Hi! I am Johan Devriese, an entrepreneur with both feet on the ground. After studying Economics and Finance in Ghent and London, I rolled into consulting at Accenture. There, I learned the ropes in various sectors, especially in digital strategy and growth planning.
My entrepreneurial spirit got a boost during my Global Executive MBA at INSEAD. Together with Jan, I embarked on an adventure that led to the acquisition of Orion Dynamic, where I am still CEO.
Proud of my two boys, I find balance in culture and sports, with sailing, kayak polo and mountain biking as favourites.
Hey, I am Jan Van der Beke, once started as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company after my degree in Civil Engineering Chemistry. My career has taken me everywhere from the UK to Vietnam, with experiences in a variety of sectors, from consumer goods to healthcare, and a focus on private equity.
My passion for entrepreneurship was ignited during my MBA at Insead, where I discovered the idea of “Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition”. After a stint at SCA Hygiene Products, I consciously chose the entrepreneurial path. This led to the acquisition of a large B2C construction company and later investments in various sectors, from packaging to HR.
Meeting Johan led us to Orion Dynamic and eventually to the creation of Capforce, an investment holding company that reflects our shared vision of growth and entrepreneurship.
Besides work, I love travelling, nature, sports and wine. But family my is the real drive behind my joy in life.
