Our investment criteria

1. Mature companies

We invest in companies with consistent cash flow generation. Start-ups and scale-ups are outside our focus.

2. Minimum size

EBITDA between €1 million and €4 million. We are also open to smaller companies to complement our current holdings.

3. Geographical focus

Activities in Belgium, Luxembourg, northern France southern Netherlands and UK – essentially everything within a 4-hour radius from Brussels or Ghent.

4. Majority

We pursue majority shareholdings or full acquisitions through management buy-ins, management buy-outs, owner buy-outs and hybrid models.

5. Niche companies

We are interested in companies that are leading in their niche or can play a significant role in their sector through consolidation.

6. B2B

We have a preference for B2B sectors where our expertise is strongest.
